Soccer in Mexico
Here are some pics of Tyler's first 'official' soccer game in Mexico. Monday March 3rd, 2008. He drew countless fouls ( i stopped counting at 12 ) but was not able to get any shot attempts. He learned a little bit more about the kicking, pushing, elbowing, kneeing, shirt grabbing and pulling, tripping, etc. part of the game that exists here in Mexico and other parts of the world. He was encouraged in that he started and played the whole game, even though he is brand new to the team and just got his uniform Saturday. Yes, number 5 was available. praise God.
i have also included a couple of shots of Popo, the volcano that looms in the distance no matter where you are in the city. enjoy!
